Blattner Law Firm, LLC, is a solo practice law firm specializing in Elder Law, Estate and Longevity Planning, and Probate Administration. Attorney Lisa Blattner believes that working one-on-one is the best way to meet a client’s needs.
Lisa helps her clients on many different levels:
- Long-Term Care/ Medicaid or VA Planning: Lisa assists clients who face long-term care costs and may qualify for VA or Medicaid benefits, while still preserving as many assets as possible for the family.
- Estate Planning: Lisa helps clients with estate planning by composing such documents as Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, and Living Wills. Here, Lisa and the client review the many different forms of estate planning to determine what is in the client’s best interest, as well as the most efficient way of handling the client’s estate needs.
- Probate Administration: Lisa helps families who have lost a loved one with the probate administration process.
Lisa Blattner is a native of Colorado and grew up in Lakewood, right outside of Golden, Colorado. She went to the University of Colorado at Denver, were she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus in Finance, cum lade. After achieving her undergraduate degree, she went to the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she received her J.D.
She founded Blattner Law Firm, LLC, in the Winter of 2009. Lisa is also an accredited VA attorney by the Department of Veterans Affairs, for the prosecution, preparation, and presentation of VA benefits.
Lisa prides herself on giving back to the community, and she is involved with many organizations in the Colorado Springs area. Specifically, Lisa is the Co-President Elect of the New Lawyer Section of the El Paso County Bar Association, and the Chair of Senior Law Day for El Paso County. Lisa also speaks on a monthly basis to the community across Southern Colorado regarding Medicaid and VA Improved Pension eligibility.
Lisa is a member of the Colorado State Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
